Production Lead
Description
Our client is a CDMO specialized in aseptic filling and sterile manufacturing, active in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. As part of its growth, we are recruiting a Production Lead based in the Liège region on behalf of our client. Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, you will contribute to the day-to-day management of sterile production activities and work closely with the Manufacturing Supervisor, acting as their back-up when required. You will coordinate aseptic filling activities, production planning, and the availability of materials and consumables, while ensuring compliance with GMP requirements on the production floor. You will also contribute to manufacturing documentation, batch records, ERP data management, deviations and CAPAs, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile sought
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment, ideally in aseptic filling / fill & finish
- Good knowledge of sterile manufacturing, cleanroom behavior and GMP requirements
- Experience with isolators, single-use systems and/or automated filling equipment
- Good understanding of manufacturing and batch documentation flows (MBR, eBMR, Batch Records, Deviations, Change Control)
- Experience authoring manufacturing documentation such as SOPs, Work Instructions and Master Batch Records
- Experience with ERP, MES and/or eQMS systems
- Ability to coordinate shop-floor activities and provide operational leadership to production technicians
- English B2 minimum; French is a strong asset
- Based in the Liège region or willing to work on-site
