Production Coordinator

Description

As part of its growth, our client, a company active in the biotech / medical diagnostics sector, is looking for a Production Coordinator. Reporting to the Production & QC Manager, you combine strong organizational skills with hands-on production experience to deliver high-quality products on schedule while ensuring compliance with applicable quality systems. You plan and schedule production (daily and weekly manufacturing plans, task allocation across Production Scientists and Technicians), track progress to meet delivery dates, and act as the first point of contact for technical issues during set-up and routine manufacturing (bulk preparation, aliquoting/filling, lyophilization). You document production records, support investigations of deviations/non-conformities, and manage raw material inventory in coordination with Purchasing. You work closely with Quality, Logistics, Purchasing and Assays teams to troubleshoot production issues and drive process improvements.

Profile sought

• Master's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biomedical sciences or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, with direct responsibility for planning in a regulated environment
• Familiarity with regulated quality systems (ISO 13485, IVDR or GMP) and experience with Deviations, CAPA and Change Control
• Autonomous, organized and adaptable, able to prioritize and deliver against agreed objectives and timelines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, comfortable with cross-functional teams
• Resilient under pressure, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment
• English proficiency at least B2
